ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Joseph and I am a pre & post natal and exercise referral qualified Personal Trainer. I'm also a Certified Olympic Weightlifting coach as well as having experience in professional sport. I have been training clients for over 8 years, starting out in gyms, client's homes before moving on to sports teams, and private personal training studios. I've helped my clients reach various fitness goals such as; fat loss, athletic performance, core strengthening and pre/post pregnancy fitness and strengthening.
One of the first things that became glaringly obvious when I started out on my PT journey was that no two bodies are the same. People can have similar goals or exercise experience, but the results will come so much more efficiently when you completely individualise a client's program to the way their body works. That's why I pride myself on making that extra effort when creating programs for my clients that not only are their fitness goals being accounted for, but that they are also doing it in the best and most efficient way for them and their lifestyle.
